You're right but for the price it should hold up a little longer in my opinion. My previous all leather ones held up for at least double. 120,000 miles+ easy. And I'm not sure it's real leather anyhow on the Pro. The real gripe is the plastic pieces. Maybe my hands are just to calloused :rofl:I'm all ears to some suggestions on aluminum ones. Seen some cool ones on TW but can't remember where.

Lol, I hear ya! I have an AT and transfer my TRD Pro shift knob to my new 2020 and no signs of wear, over two years and still looks brand new!

    What is PR?
I have an acquaintance that runs a cargo boat from HK to here, so I just had the skid plate ride along with some bags of rice and tea. Zero shipping cost for me.

Also more pictures of a skid plate group buy that I am working on. They hide the TRD embossed and put the red letters in a separate bag, to avoid getting questioned at customs.

Currently working with another member from Canada with this. We have shipped 6 to his door, which he will distribute to others in his area.

Trying to see how things work out right now. It takes 10 days to prep, then 40 days to reach North America.

Still a long ways out before we start an official GB.

The shipping of these make it somewhat of a logistic headache. Since they are oversized and not made in the US, a set of skid plates are sent to one address and that individual is the one that distributes them to the local buyers.

So still unsure how everything will pan out.

I wonder, will there be Faux shocks too? Lol

    Edit: lots of typos

I would also like to buy this if we could figure out a way to get them to Hawaii.

Still waiting on the set of 6 to reach Canada.
Due to shipping by boat, it is almost like a 2 month lead time for these.

    Learned a lot though.

Will this be a Canada only group buy, or will US shipping available as well?
