So we found a place we like, and are waiting to hear back. Made an offer yesterday, they came back with the "we received multiple offers, please submit you best and final" hate that shit. we wiggled a bit on our offer, but i'll be dammed if I am getting into a bidding war. location works, space works, on/near lake, boat ramp, detached 2 car garage. Downsizing and limiting my need to upkeep a property is our goal.

There is a second gen white double cab Tacoma in there with a SOS hybrid front. Thought it may be @Jwithers but its not, he is an ACBC access cab best cab. Curious if it is anyone in here, thoughts on the neighborhood, etc.

Fun stuff, should find out later today, I am not hopeful, they will likely get offers up to 5-10K above ask or more, who knows.
