I was thinking about getting moto metal rims. But I already have spidertrax, So do I have to take them Off in order to put the 16x9 rims on with my 285 BfG's? Or keep them On? Does anybody have any pics or advice on this?

If you're going to buy wheels, just buy the offset you want and ditch the spacers. People usually get spacers if they are trying to make an existing wheel work for a different application. (ie. different tires) It defies common sense to use them if you don't have to.

Your wheel width is not really what the spacers are concerned with. Yes, they will help you push the wheel out to fit larger/wider wheels, but in reality the spacers will contribute to changing your effective offset.

OP, just get the wheels with the desired offset (backspacing, is almost an interchangeable term here) that you want. No need for spacers if you can get the offset you want to achieve the end result you are looking for.
