Sorry Weesa, back pain is never fun.

If its muscles then get a tennis ball and roll on it. Helps to stretch it out.

Had fun at the VA though talking with other Veterans . On the way home since I have Marine Corps decals on my rear window of my truck I had people thanking me for my service

I took another nap once I got home

    Good Morning Folks
    Looks like rain today :rain:

My wife has lower back problems. She was seeing a massage therapist every two weeks until Covid-19 started. Her therapist went out of business. She hasn't found a new one yet. She's worried about weirdos. I've been giving her back rubs, but I not an expert.
    Just cheaper.

I feel like such a grown up!

    I own a fountain pen!

I actually have two, one is new and recommended to me as a beginner pen.

The second is a vintage Sheaffer. I didn’t buy it, technically. When we moved into our new Utah home, I bought some second hand furniture, which included a secretary desk. It had some hidden cubbies and inside was this fountain pen. I cast it aside, over two years ago. I happened to come across it again just a couple weeks ago, so I started investigating its history. (FYI, fountain pens is a whole subculture, trade shows and all. It’s a deep rabbit hole, so don’t even go near it, lest you get sucked in!)

Sent the pen off for some maintenance and voilà, a brand new pen!

This beauty was only made from 1930-1935, she’s at least 85 years old!
Though my penmanship sucks, she writes like a dream! I wish she could tell me the places she’s been and words she’s scripted. I’m sure it’s a beautiful story.

    Morning all

I got into calligraphy when I was young, my longhand was terrible and my folks knew it would help. Did some decent stuff and I have a nice Schaffer around here somewhere.
