yeah you have to cut a slot the size of your fairlead. Not too bad though, if you wanted to go back to stock you just order the black plastic piece. They’re the same no matter what color the truck so you can get someone’s old stock bumper too and swap it out

but to answer your question, yes it comes with everything. It replaces your stock aluminum crash bar with steel and you put gussets over the crinkle zones in the front end Comes with a fairlead and winch controller, just have to mount it up and you’re ready to winch

I did post it relatively high, but after seeing a few similar rigs for far more I figured, why not? Definitely open to offers, but also not in any rush to sell. Wasn't planning to for another 3-5 years. It's more for someone that really wants to buy a rig that's all ready to go "Overlanding". I don't want to get rid of the truck, but obviously willing to if it's worthwhile.
