Is this set for me?

 

Yep! These are for a 2020 Cadillac CT5 without the heated steering wheel option. The heat steering wheel option requires significantly bigger arms.

 

Made a little progress today. Drilled and cut the shock mounts out. Really need a plasma cutter



Got the tube adapters welded on.
Do Not have the heim joints threaded in when welding in the tube adapters.

Need to seal the shock mount area and drill a drain hole or slot.

Fuck no. I havent been able to find any. Most of the people I've talked to use d rings straight into the bed

made the upper links out of 2” & 1.5” .25” wall tubing

trussed the axle. Need to add bump stop pads to the ends of the truss

 

Dang good weather for fab work! Looking forward to the finished product!

 

It was beautiful today! I’m ready to see the end result too. I spent most of the day grinding and welding, and I still have a ways to go.

Started playing on the diy flex spot (aka firewood rounds destined for firepit) and found a lil 3pooches mud and grass up inside the interior of the SSO stage 2 wings!

Oh I can't wait to run the course (a little less wet perhaps!) with both hands working next year...in the mean time I'll just do mini flexing for the time being

 

Everyone gets a souvenir! That little flex spot works quite well.

 

Dont make me drive over there to take a look under the tarp.

 

But seriously, that is some amazing tube work. Round tube is hard to work with. My hats off to you.
