I love your looks, did you have to lift the fronts to get the 285’s to fit. Any rubbing? I’m interested in the same setup for my 17 pro 4runner.

Thanks!! I added the new Eibach springs on my fox shocks. The springs lift the front 1.6 and the rears 1 inch higher than factory on the Pros. No rubbing because I removed the front mudflaps. Plan on adding the Rockbloz mudflaps because they fit better than the oem mudflaps. I don’t like the Toyota ones because they cut into your paint.

 

F5 stock is available on the SCS website right now. I just ordered four. They've got all the colors but blue.

I have to say these wheels look so good now with my HC bumper, hammer hangers, and flareless fenders.

 

Love your setup, what size tires are you running? Any rubbing. Looking forward 16x8 for my 2021 and really like the -25 offset.

 

Thank you! I'm running 285/75r16 Toyo AT III tires. Very minimal rubbing, obviously I did a CMC and trimmed some but I still need to trim some more. A little trimming at a time LOL

Help me decide!

I'm ordering F5s 16s but can't decide between matte bronze vs gunmetal finish or the 3.5 and 4.5 bs. I like the deep dish/stance of the 3.5 but trying to avoid cutting/trimming if possible. What's the largest tire size you can run on a stock setup? Thinking about bilstein 5100 to add .85" to level out the front. Will that help with anything? Current tires are 265/70r16

Probably wouldn't go with the 3.5bs if you dont want to trim and stuff. It's also a little wider wheel.

As for the color choice, I don't think you could go wrong!! Ugh, they would both look so good, flip a coin hah.

265/70/17 I believe is largest stock size. Even then, might need to remove those front mud flaps.

How long has it been since the suspension has been refreshed? I would advise just putting a fresh coilover on there and not preloading the stock spring via the clips on the 5100s. You got a beautiful truck

 

Here's my black 2nd gen with 4.5bs. Just to give you an idea! I think it's pretty clean and the trimming wasn't too bad with 295s.
