Same hot damn! I want to get a smaller one that I can put into a truck bed toolbox thing so I don't have to strap it down and it's only 1 person anyway, but was going to wait. Yeesh! I use it a lot, they're nice coolers. Overkill for smoking but still nice!

edit to add: the 26QT is the one I'm thinking of downsizing too, and it's currently more expensive than this one. o_O

'78 or 79. 161Auto, 16hp single lung Kohler (replaced sometime in the past otherwise it would be red) Hydro drive and lift. Came with a junk deck and the blade. Price... it was given to me. :D

I have that 52, I love it. I want the smaller one for camping and have to decide if I want to ditch the bigger one or not. Not sure how much I'll use the bigger one, not enough to keep it around me thinks.

Has anyone cold smoked Swiss cheese or fresh mozzarella??? Trying them for the first time tomorrow.

    I have done
    Cheddar
    Pepper Jack
    Colby Jack
    Monterey Jack
Any Gouda before with glowing reviews.

didn’t know if there was something I need to know with Swiss or mozzarella

Sure I do. Don't melt it thru the grates! :D Seriously, softer cheese needs rotated more often. If you've smoked Gouda you already know this. Good luck, send me a sample. ;)
