Unlike the previous 3 years Secret Santa’s I won’t be be asking for Celtics gear. After being a lifelong basketball fan since the early 80’s, I don’t support the Celtics or NBA anymore because ......well, you know (same reason why 70% of their audience doesn’t watch them anymore). Personally, I hope they go bankrupt, but I digress.....

Anyhow, I know it’s been a rough year for pretty much everyone so I’m up for anything from my secret Santa (except alcohol since I don’t drink). A little about me to help out my Secret Santa: I’m a gym/workout person as I go 3x a week religiously, big on cooking, and of course working on my Tacoma.

But again, I’m up for anything. I feel like it’s the thought that counts more this year than ever!!!

Local bbq rub/sauce, local beer (IPA's preferred), Stickers for the beer fridge, signs for the garage, local koozie or pint glass. If you're wondering, by local I mean from your 'hood.

    K.I.S.S......keep it simple stupid!

    Dear Santa:
I'm not picky. I like when a TWSS 'goes native' and sends me stuff that's local to them (local booze, local hot sauces, bbq rubs/sauces, whatever)
Don't have a big sweet tooth, so don't bother with candy or whatever. Shirt size is a solid Medium. I read a lot, so books are cool (my tastes run towards history, woodworking/homesteading/DIY/Automotive). I also garden a lot and preserve a lot of it through canning, freezing, or dehydrating, so kitchen gadgets are always handy too.
Also need a good recovery strap, something heavy-duty, because the truck weighs over 8k once I put the plow on and throw some ballast in the bed.
I've got a dog and 2 cats, so stuff for them is always nice.

Or, if you're feeling generous, I've always wanted a '68 Charger with a 426 & a 4 speed. Blue metal flake would be ideal, but like I said above I'm not picky. :D

I just graduated and started working as an industrial maintenance electrician this year. So any tools from Klein or Channelock to add to my bag would be very appreciated. I also like hot sauces and the Clemson Tigers as far as sportsball is concerned. If you wanna get me a hat be sure that its not a flat bill or stretch fit. I wear a large T-shirt.

Edit to add that Im also into several hobbies aside from trucks that I post about on here somewhat frequently. Thats up to my stalker to figure out what they are though. :spy:

I’ve signed up, but I’m waiting to see my name on the list before posting a wish list.

    :fingerscrossed:
Edit: I made the list! :bananadance:

I want to first thank the Elves who put this together. I was fortunate to get in on this last year, so I was very excited to see it for 2020.

My truck is pretty much where I like it, except for adding some retro vinyl stickers to the front fender-so this post will be about hobbies and someone can pick from here, or you go in a completely different direction, because it’s also nice to be surprised, and I think it’s just an awesome community that does this. I think patches and stickers are always great. I love using cool/different coffee mugs and fountain pens (fine or medium nibs). Regional beer (no IPA or Pale Ale) or whiskey would be great. I’m into DE shaving so different soaps, DE blades, a badger brush, or a shave bowl would be cool. If you’re feeling really adventurous, a DE razor would be pretty cool, but you’d probably have to go to an antique shop for that. Quality knives or flashlights always come in handy too! I’m also building my first AR, so something that might be useful, such as an “oops kit” or .223/5.56 magazines would be appreciated. I wear an XL shirt, too.

My wife and I have two boys, 17 and 14, and a Boston Terrier who’s 3. She’s an amazing dog, but is a serious chewer, so only hard-type dog toys last for more than a minute. My 17 year old is graduating high school early and will start community college in the spring, since COVID really jacked things up. My 14 year old has recently discovered playing guitar, and is learning to play an acoustic right now.

Howdy fellow TWSS's, last year I posted up my Amazon list and aptly received the items on that list. This year, I would like to do something different!!

First and foremost, I drive a 2020 Toyota 4Runner Non-KDSS so Taco items need not apply (say something!)

With that, I am hoping out of the generosity from my Santa; local items fill the box/shipping container!
I enjoy soccer (Juventus), outdoorsy things such as mountain biking, fishing, and the like.
I recently returned from a trip along the Trans American Trail and found that the front skid takes a pretty good beating (TRD pro skid might help...) Before the trip, I purchased a house and am finding many tools and gizmos are missing from household maintenance (maybe my Santa has experience with home improvement/PMCS)

Without feeling undeserving, I am open to any gifts from anywhere! I enjoy the idea of someone selecting things for me, after all, it's the thought that counts?
Also, while in Charleston, SC I was introduced to Edmunds's Oast Brewing Company and they make a might fine sour (Order of magnitude)
I am married and find myself drinking more and more wine each night, my wife also enjoys wine and we drink most reds less, zinfandels. Lastly, I own a 6-year-old Lab Retriever, she basically fills the role of the daughter I don't have.

    Cheers everyone!!

Not really sure what I want to be honest haha. I do know that I DON'T NEED any car wash liquids. I have a small detail shops worth of those in the garage that I keep receiving as gifts from friends/family/car dealer/etc lol.

Vehicle: no tacoma anymore :pout: but do have a truck. Basic recovery gear would be nice to have in case of bad weather around here.

Married, no kids, just the pup. If something is given for the pup, make sure it's almost indestructible as she makes squeakers dead in less than 10 minutes haha.

I do enjoy rum, so if there is something local to you that I could sample, I won't complain. My wife likes the sweeter/dessert style wines.

I did just acquire a miter saw and want to get into more smaller wood projects but do not have a workbench/stand to mount it to yet. Heck, I'd be happy with a gift card to a hobby store in my area to fund a few of the projects I have in the pipeline.

size L shirt and XL hoodie (long arms)

Update: I did buy a nintendo switch on a pre-black friday event so gamestop GC's are also nice ;)

As much as I can til' my wife blocks my Amazon account...
Dear Santa :santa: Hope you, the Mrs and the Elves are healthy and “Rona” free. It’s been a very strange year but I’ve been a good boy. I’ve been washing my hands for 20sec and staying at least 6 feet away from strangers. This is my 3rd year with TWSS and honestly look more forward to the giving than receiving but have enjoyed the thoughtful gifts I’ve gotten in the past. My truck is pretty much how I want it with the exception of some cool patches and still have room for more. I got a new smoker recently and look forward to trying different rubs etc. My wife and I have a travel trailer camper ordered and hopefully will be here for Christmas. There’s a couple things that I’m still needing to add to my supply list. I could use a 4pack of stabilizer jack pads, a small cordless leaf blower and a dedicated cordless drill to run the stab jacks up and down. I enjoy a little sippin bourbon when the mood hits. I have two pups, a golden doodle named Sadie and a wiener dog named Lil’ Man. I’d appreciate any local items from your area just use your imagination. Thanks again and I’ll leave a shot of Buffalo Trace and some Tacos on the table as usual for you. :santa2:

    I like my Taco:
    2012 DCSB Nautical Blue 4x4

I like stickers, patches, lights, tools, Amazon gift cards, bourbon, disc golfing, camping, and sometimes eat a lot of food.

I wear an XL shirt and my mom buys me socks and undies for Christmas every year so I’m good on those.

As goes with most of what everybody else is saying, local (to you) rubs, sauces, beers and the sort would be welcomed.

Good luck! And thank you in advance :)

Yes I pretty much just copied this from last year, it works well

Well first off I’m Joe I haven’t done one of these in a few years well since I sold my 11 taco. I’m 32 married with a 8 month old son and a pup. I like the outdoors and like to fish. I want to go ahead and thank whoever gets me anything will be much appreciated.

I like pocket knives and cool edc things. I’ve recently became a keybar and trayvax wallet fan. Can never have too many knives and flashlights.

I like to trout fish. So fishing stuff is cool.

I also like truck parts and tools. My truck build is mild but I use it everyday for work (rock quarry truck). Things for the truck would be storage ideas, fire extinguisher, shovel & axe mount, any kind of lighting and even traction boards since I do a lot of work alone in the mud in snow.

Shirt Size would be an XL.

I’m grateful for anything and I really missed doing this when I didn’t have my Tacoma. I don't like to get to detailed with the wish list because i like the surprise! Happy holidays everyone!

I don’t know about anyone else, but I wanted to make sure I actually made it on the list before adding anything to the “wish list” part. The list hasn’t been updated yet, so I wait.

I can't say I've been good this year, but luckily that's not a requirement for participation.

Asking for things isn't really a thing I'm good at, so here are things that I'm into buying myself, as well as a link to the Amazon list I keep running, sometimes to buy things from, sometimes just to stare at wistfully while at work. And my build thread which might be a good place to creep.

Ridiculous vintage trucker hats are kind of a thing for me.
    download.jpg

Stuff that's local to you that supports your local economy is cool. (Local record stores are the best)
    download.jpg

Matty's new cookbook "Home Style Cookery".
    images.jpg

I'm kind of a bag ho. Any kind. Backpacks, messenger, tool rolls, pouches, stuff like that. I like stickin' shit in other shit, what can I say?
    Capture.jpg

Things that are 1" (25mm) in diameter that I can jam in my earholes. I like stickin' shit in other shit, what can I say?
    JR-P_540x.jpg

Most importantly, thanks. This year is fucked. Let's end the year with the joy that only TWSS can bring.

Much love to the Elves for making this shit happen. You are brave and noble gluttons for punishment, and that's what I appreciates abouts you.
