    I took a job at the hospital just a block from my house. They just put me on call when it’s going to snow and I go plow the parking lots and sidewalks with their equipment. I worked 2 days this week getting stuff ready and troubleshooting a diesel motor they have been having trouble with. I got it fixed and ready to go. My hope it will also be in the summer cutting grass when they have guys on vacation.

    Chicken was good enough that I am looking forward. To next attempt. It was juicy, awesome flavor outside, I’ll work on that.

    everything else is still cooking. I think I was easy on the smoke this time, but it’s working great. Just sucks it’s dark by 5.

    side note, I now remember why this thread is dangerous. I’m pages behind and I had the day off.
