Just went 5100 in the front, stock spring, third notch... completely leveled... I might add the 1/2 shim next week, just because... nose dive typical on sr5 GOOONE... body roll: improved aaaa lot. It feels way better. And it’s not harsh or too hard. Worth it. Plus I added the 1/4 spacer o. Driver side and taco lean got corrected.

Give me your advice ... i want to add 5100's front back, want to level the front with rear as i hate the look now with the rake.
Anyone here with similar truck that has the 5100's ? Point me in the right direction .. also, how much can i expect to pay to have them installed? I'd do myself but just had back surgery not long ago

    Thanks guys!

I just did the front with stock spring unless you are doing off road it’s pretty good like that.

paid 240 for them and 180 for installation. Plus 25 for the 1/4 spacer on Amazon. set it up at 3rd notch which is perfectly leveled.

I’m adding a 1/2 inch shim to the back for to get an almost unnoticeable rake. That’s 40 bucks and 75 to get it installed.

I like the rake myself. Perfectly leveled still looks nose high to me, and any amount of load in the back will definitely have it squatting.

I agree on that, that’s why I’m installing the shims, to gain just enough to not see the nose like that, thought I’m perfectly leveled at this point.

I’m trying to stay as low as possible to install my 17x9 -38 Ray 10, I won’t be using big tires but since won’t lift too much will still need CMC, and liner remold. Tires will be 275/65/17

Is your front measurements now even? How about the rear?

I installed the 5100s on the 3rd notch without the lean spacer a while ago. It measured level front to back but felt slightly nose high when driving it. So i dropped it done to the 2nd notch.

I’ll try 1/2 shim on the back or worst case aal but I can’t go lower due to the rings Ive got waiting.

5100's with stock coils on the 4th notch and 1/4 spacer on drivers side for the lean. Nothing in back yet. Picture is deceiving but its actually within 1/16 of level front to back which was my goal.stance.jpg

I think the 3rd Gen's look better leveled out than 2nd Gen's. It might have something to do with the roof line and windows, but something about the 2nd Gen's leveled just doesn't look right to me.

How does the ride feel compared to the stock OR suspension? Happy with the switch?

Im happy with it. I had a Ram 1500 crewcab that i traded for the tacoma and it had front and rear stabilizer bars so it took turns well. The stock trd offroad tacoma was leaning more in turns and i didnt care for that. Now it sticks to the road better
