I have a Browning A-Bolt in .280 Win. I am looking for a good scope to mount on it. The most I want to spend would be $200. I might use it 2-3 times a year to deer hunt with and the longest shot wouldn't be any more than 100 yds. What do you guys think.

I have been very happy with a couple Bushnell 3200 scopes. I am not a fan of their low end scopes, but the 3200 is a good scope at a good price. You should also be able to find a low end Leupold or Nikon for less than 200.00. All will give you a lifetime of service for what you are looking for.

Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
Look For Nikon Team Primos (rebadged Monarch)
Best scope value in that price range.
    Avoid low-end Leupold
