i would go with the diamondback cover (https://diamondbackcovers.com/products/diamondback-hd-toyota-tacoma?variant=32674393751651)

for the chrome bumper, if you plan to replace it with a custom bumper, it shouldn't be matter if it is chrome or matching color.

    is the roof Rack OEM?

for the MT OR 4x4 37k seems a lot. is it a MSRP or already discounted? the LED headlights = $500, Exhaust tip = $80 (?). if you do the Off road, you might want to remove the mudguards. i read that those mudguards got ripped off during the Off road easily.

This wasn't a custom build or anything, I just walked in and said I want a MT OR and this was the first thing they handed me. If I do replace the bumper, it will probably be much, much longer down the line. I am hesitant to modify vehicles because I've owned MK3 Supras, which defy Toyota's reliability reputation. I know bumpers have little to do with that, but I ultimately probably won't replace it until after I hit a deer or earn a few dents and scuffs (with my luck, the day I drive it home). This will also be my first new car, so I think that also plays a factor in my reluctance.

Roof rack is OEM. I am torn between wanting that or not, but I feel like I'd rather have it installed OEM than deciding I DO want it later on and having to do it myself. As for off-roading, I'd love to do it, I haven't looked into how feasible it is around me. At minimum I'd be taking it off road for hunting.

That price is MSRP, no discounts or anything yet. I don't really care about the exhaust tip or mudguards, so of the things listed I care about the LEDs and the roof rack.

Thanks for the suggestion on the cover, definitely looks better than OEM.

it is good to have the LED installed from Factory, at least, it would be included in your warranty.

Plasti dip the bumper black. Real cheap real easy. From the pictures I’ve seen it looks good. And you can peel it off if you don’t like it. I’m about to do mine this week.

I didn’t like the chrome bumpers as well. But, I wanted the tech package that comes with on painted bumper caps along with sensors and blind spot monitoring. So, it was a win. Congrats on finding a Army Green. They are hard to find.

I finally got one! Exactly what I wanted. JB at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Colorado Springs, CO is a stand up dude. After having rounds and rounds of fights with the guys at Auto Nation (including the 'Costco expert'), it was a welcome change. I feel so lucky! Scored a Black Pro for close to MSRP when every knucklehead I talked to in the west was charging $10K over MSRP -- in one case $20K over MSRP! Anyway, no extras that I know of except for maybe remote start (is that an extra?) After two months of hair-pulling frustration, I'm finally a member of Truck Gang TRUCK GANG! (Used to have a Ridgeline -- don't tell anyone)

    Anyway, here are the details:

Are you sure that's a 2021? asking because for 2021 the destination fee changed by $80 less, to $1,095.

    Looks amazing in black.

    Debatable about looking better.
Yup, and after years if...it fades, throw on another coat for five dollars and it’s brand new again.

In reality I would've liked to have the premium offroad package. here is what I got . I paid $40.5K MSRP So guessing with premium OR Package with options would be roughly around ~$47K. But I live in California and they won't even discount, even after going to 5 dealerships. And they upcharge!

Thanks! The black even looks a little dark glittery purple in certain light. It's really cooler than I thought it would be with the black tires. My sheet says 2021, for what it's worth. I'll look at my other paperwork to make sure it's right -- that was just the sticker thing.

The print off I have from the dealership for the TRD OR says 2021 and Destination fee is $1175 as well, even though looking online says $1095.

Not sure if the destination fee differs by location but my destination fee was $1175 in the Western US as well on my 2021. I've noticed they change the destination fee many times throughout the year, always up never seen it reduced.
