The welds are actually very good MIG welds, with a stainless wire. They just go extra thick on the start/stops.

Very anxious to get that one in, and make a follow up video to the first two. As well as post the video in here, since I am a Racer Boi.

Guess Im more about the finish, but this isn't a show truck. The muffler feels good.

 

Same. My model was extremely sturdy.

 

Did a drain and fill on the trans w/some redline.

Old fluid and placed mark on the volume.
Got some new ti hardware

And got my bday present ordered. Has an eta of 3 wks but hopefully less.

Christmas present will take longer but its a lsd.

https://www.ti64.com/default.asp Do titanium errythang!!! Also this company is probably way cheaper and you're not paying for burnt titanium. Could probably even get custom bolts to get them shanked right if you wanted to go that far. Not worth the time to shank titanium yourself it dulls out anything you hit it with.

This will be my first supercharger so excited about that, everything else I have are turbocharged or will be. But at least you got big tires and lockers.

 

Also make sure you have some kind of anti-seize or moly paste and go kinda slow/smooth when tightening or loosening the titanium stuff. It will gall if you're not careful, and if you do real stupid stuff like rattle gun at full throttle on bare steel it will wear off the oxide layer on the titanium and freeze it in place. Not trying to scare you, it's not a big deal at all as long you're aware of what you're doing. I got titanium lugs and a few bolts here and there for what it's worth

 

I've played a little bit with titanium in my previous trade, not to the level I liked though so I'm trying it out a bit more. Speaking of Ti lugs I've been eyeing these. https://raceseng.com/products/lug-nuts

What size pulley you putting on it?

I still have my anodized blue fuel rails I MAY be willing to part with if you're interested.

 

stock one with the lighter nst crank drive pulley. I might eventually get a quick change to a 2.8 but need to figure out which one has a better alignment, just want an easy install. But before that, I'll need a shift kit in the transmission, a better tensioner, and a better pump for support. Those fuel rails are the right color but I'll prob need to take a rain check on that generous offer but I'll keep it in the back of my mind.
