Man, thank you for pointing this out! I have a date with the dealership in 3 weeks and they didn't tell me about any of that. I'll have to recruit some people to help me get the bed rack and tent off of the back.

My tire decided to perform its own cab chop.

I took off my SSO slimline to be sand blasted and powder coated. Driving it to the metal shop I heard a whining which I assumed was wind whistling in the new vacuum where my bumper used to be, but actually, I hadn't bothered to bolt the front fender back together when taking it out. The wind blew it against tire while driving, and the tire went omnomnom and ate the plastic bit up.

I recall reading in one of the other forum threads that a guy went in for this recall with his bed filled with work tools and nothing was moved when he picked it up. He assumed they may have dropped the tank to get the job done. Guessing removing the bed is the easier/safer option. Luckily I’m not part of this recall. good luck

That doesn’t sound right. I have a tonneau cover on mine, dealer had no problems with it. Dropped the tank and knocked it out. ‍♂️

I recently had mine done. I have a topper and bed stiffeners. No issues. Their only request was an empty tank and nothing in the back seat.

Did you add an amp in addition to the speakers or simply replace the stock speakers? I'm looking to upgrade but not sure if it's worth swapping speakers without giving them more power than the factory head unit

I have a Leer Shell, bed/storage set up in bed and bed stiffeners. I had my fuel pump replaced about a month ago and it was all a non-issue. Would be hard to imagine a dealer would lie about installing the fuel pump as I have full record of them stating they did the warranty work.

I did the old light bar in the hood scoop. Install is up on the channel. Took a bit longer than anticipated.

They probably figure it looks bad to recall a new vehicle in the same year it was built, so they wait to add it to the list the following year.
