    I like this OP!

OP, please forgive the guys around here that seem to be lecturing you. We're very use to the guys that mod their truck out or abuse it offroad, and then complain when shit breaks or isn't "right". Seems like you have a good attitude and were just looking for input... you weren't here to complain. Hopefully everyone can quit the lecturing soon.

Nice bro. I have SPC’s as well love them.Back in the day I rocked many trucks and airbag trucks and body drop trucks. Then when as I got older I lifted my Tacoma knowing that there’s pros and cons with lifting trucks and I excepted that.
    Good luck

Yes, you are right with a lot of alignment shops. Although the shop I go to is a Firestone franchise, the owner is an off road enthusiast and totally gets it with the issues and concerns with off road vehicles and I have been using him for the past 5 years for all of our vehicles.

I took it to shop that specializes in 4wd. Previously I took it to my regular shop that is 1 block away and never done me wrong, but they seemed super confused by my lift and over sized mud terrains.

I think you're looking for the 'Keepin' It Stock' thread. This is a thread where someone is looking for constructive advice. Not saying I disagree with you that keeing it stock is going to be less troublesome but i'm pretty sure OP doest want to hear why you chose to stay stock. There are PLENTY of lifted trucks here that have zero issues including mine.

Problem is most people get a lift and big heavy tires but don't add the proper upgrades to strengthen the rest of the suspension I.E. spindle gussets, cam tabs, tie rods, axles, UCA's, LCA's etc etc. I'm guilty of it myself and couldn't figure out why my truck wouldn't track straight even though my alignment numbers were dead on. Come to find out I bent the passenger side lower control arm after some jumping and speed runs through the dunes. Guess I should have installed Beefier LCA's when I did my King 2.5 suspension lift. Its the one thing I skipped. Point is if its done right you'll be trouble free.

Besides im sure the vast majority would agree a lifted Tacoma looks soooooo much better than stock

Before (the day i bought it)

    Muuuuuch better now :D

If you go the firestone/pep boys route, MAKE SURE that your local shop will work on your truck if you modified it (oversized tires) and make sure that your local shop has good reviews. this varies by location.

The LCA cam bolts will shift when subjected to high forces off road (or if you hit a few curbs), simply because they're round. You can get the Bison Off Road or Poly Performance cam delete kits along with cam tab gussets. You already have SPC UCAs, so the granularity of adjustments won't be compromised.

Unfortunately yes wheeling hard can knock your suspension out of alignment, it happens to me sometimes when... I miss judge things.

You mean fuck up? Cause I fuck up a lot and it feels like my truck was aligned by someone who was permanently cross eyed.

Could the truck have settled after the suspension broke in? Any extra weight up front?

Also Wheelworks/Firestone are the same company. We had our firestone close so we go to wheelworks. They have 1 guy that knows what's up. The rest cant align the caster I need.

Definitely need to get some UCA’s when getting off the pavement. Also need to find a good shop that can align a modified truck. I don’t really trust the chain shops that offer the “lifetime alignment” program. Might be good for stock cars since they probably just follow the oem spec.
