UCA, coilovers, lca bushings, and rack bushings should do all your own.

Just make sure you have a long screw driver or something to turn the lower part of your coilover in case it doesn't line up with your LCA! Had that issue with my coilovers and had to use our lift at work for leverage; sciatica sucks.

Be interested to see the initial install of your PCK; I've got parts laying around and have yet to throw them on my 4R.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Not welding your spindles or strut reinforcments. Too much can go wrong to do on someone else's truck.

Doing the UCAs, LCA bushings, and rack bushings is pushing in to a 2 day job. (The rack bushings are a bit of a bitch)

I feel it...this is also why I want a shop to just do everything so I don’t have to keep taking the front end apart.

That was easy for me; had to do it twice on my Tacoma :anonymous:

I'm just not looking forward to doing my UCA's out of fear of something being seized.

The LCA bushings aren't that bad. My cam bolts weren't siezed though. (Come to think of it, neither were my son's on his T4R).

The bushings themselves just push right out with a bottle jack.

    Yep!

The Whitelines go in like cake, just make sure you use a quality grease like "Supergrease"

It doesn't wash off as easy as everything else including the stuff that came with the bushings.

Did you use whiteline as a replacement?

Im not sure exactly where you can get Denso 02 sensors but its risky going with other brands. I put Bosch 02 sensors on mine from Napa auto and honestly, i got lucky that they worked. Usually tacoma's wont like sensors that aren't Denso brand and its sort of a gamble if you go with a different brand.

Oh ok. I’ll try and time them so I can maybe grab it from a Amazon locker along the trip. I don’t mind the lights being on but the lack of traction control seems a bit sketch with my driving style

Selling the Remanufactured Power steering rack from my 06 Tacoma. Was still working when removed, upgraded to Tundra rack so can't even keep this as a spare. Dirt Designs installed sleeves on each end to help protect the seals. Rack is about 2 years old. $150obo. Located in Oakland, CA. Travel to the Southbay once a week so can meet up.
