Smash burgers goin.

 

Smash burgers done. Cooked up some bacon then cooked the mushrooms and onions in the grease. Then threw the burgers into the grease. On the bun got ketchup, Carolina mustard, and some truffle hot sauce

 

ThemoKings can be a pain in the ass sometimes. I would rather work on cold plates.
I assigned a thermoKing to one of my mechanics one time to make repairs and he came back and told me that he thought the "daytime and nighttime" cycling was messed up. I asked him to explain to me how the ThermoKing unit knew if it was daylight or night time outside.
He was a dumbass and I fired him about two months after that.

Is that truffle hot sauce any good?

 

Nah. Didn’t make it out to DC unfortunately due to the morning stomach bug, trip is gonna be rescheduled. Just me an the girl at home.

It’s pretty good. It’s a lil pricey though, but I guess most the real good hot sauces are. I only like it on certain foods though. Always put it on burgers though, probably my favorite for it.

Haha. It was one of the best burgers I’ve made hands down. I wish I had another pan to cook the onions and mushroom in so they woulda been more hot. That’s my only complaint. But it was still real good. Juicy goodness flowing in every bite. It was a $20 restaurant burger no doubt

 

Oh ya. That’s a bad ass right there.

 

Best cat I ever dealt with was my uncle’s. Cat’s name was butch, he never went inside or ate the food my uncle put out for him. Thought he was dead one day after a good freeze and an ice over, nope comfortably sleeping in the yard. One day he quit coming back but we never saw the bobcat out there again either.

Is he sitting in front of a computer? I saw video that explained why cats do that. Apparently they want to mimic you so if you give your cat his own computer he’ll sit in front of it instead of bothering you

Of course y'all chose tonight to post these. I have very inappropriate thoughts in my head right now, and they're all food related. Next time i make my mac n cheese i'll have to post it. It's fantastic but i keep it basic. No frills, just flavor and creaminess.

 

Dads birthday is coming up and the model truck shipped just in time. Guy forgot to paint the front bumper black so he sent me a new tractor and told me to keep both. If it weren’t for the side skirts on the model, it’d be a 1:1 replica of the real truck.
