I hit my head several times on this stuff today. A few hurt pretty bad. The wifey really wanted the deck at ~5' from the ground. Which happens to be an ideal height for smacking your noggin. But it will probably be a semi cool spot for smaller creatures to congregate underneath and leap from above...

I got the tens unit tonight. It is so tiny compared to what I was expecting. Bio freeze comes on Sunday.

I put two medium pads on my lower back and at first it just felt like bare skin sliding on a leather couch. Later I cranked up the power and even level three was hell no. Level two is just right.

What is this quackery? my back is not hurting after more than a week? Is this black magic or aliens?

 

I know vegans that got Diabetes..
It is what it is..
You eat exactly what your suppose to have and you have high readings anyway.
No rhyme no reason. That’s the part that sucks.
When you have numbers that are inside the guidelines you can still
end up with losing sensation, limbs, nerve pain....

For the most part they want your numbers.

Under 130 before eating
Under 180 after 2 hours

You would think my readings would be off the chart.
