    needs electronics, i had a Gibson 490T/ 500R set i was gonna put in it, but i lost interest after i got my black ESP Eclipse.

    Yup.
    Never got around to putting them in anything.
    They need to go in another Roadstar, I just havnt found the right project.

    i can take some tonight. it's definitely player's grade. played hundreds of shows with it and recorded an album. pickups swapped multiple times, converted to a single-pickup doom machine for a while. now i want to get it back to stock config and give it a better home.

    If you do let it go, I can get all of the electronics for it so you wouldn't need to get it back to stock. I actually might prefer it gutted.

    I remember seeing them live on a short-lived music show as a teen. BLEW my mind. Really got me excited for new music when I was first learning guitar. They broke up before I got to see them but I did see The Mars Volta twice.

    I had one and regret selling it but I needed the $. Bought it for $350. Sold it for $750. Last I checked the old ones (mine was a 1998) are going for over a grand.

    I was out in Memphis on birthday a few years back right before Gibson shut down, I mean like days. I was playing a V and passed it up for a smoke burst Les Paul. I was kicking myself for a year.

    currently in it's gutted form. actually no real damage except for the one hole I filled when I was relocating the strap pin to get rid of the neck dive. I can remove all the stickers if desired and I'll clean up any dust and tape residue.
