Strange partnership. Seems Bare copied AL's product. But Bare also sells AL products. Both businesses located in Texas.

I don't think it was a copy. It looks like a supplier was offering a datafile and machining, with logo options. The supplier patented the idea, and now logo is by the supplier. Probably friends with each other.
Just my opinion.
I just love the bare logo. It is one of the coolest logos I have ever seen.

You were told it would take 4 to 5 weeks and it’s only been 4 weeks and your disputing your purchase? I would think you would wait at least until the 5 or 6 week mark to do so. This is a custom fabbed part manufactured by a small shop. Not hearing from them or not receiving your product the first week it was estimated to arrive is totally normal in this world. You should be more patient which you will learn in time if you continue to purchase custom products for your Taco. If it arrives and you don’t want it I will buy it from you. Please PM me.

 

Have some patience. It looks like this is a small operation and we are still within the window promised. These custom mods can sometimes get delayed, its all part of the world of modding.

 

I still haven’t had my pm replied too either. I’m getting closer to filing the dispute but I will give it a little more time. The whole thing seems a bit fishy but I will exercise patients here for a bit

 

I expect everything is going to be just fine.

It's not the time frame I'm disputing, It's the lack of communication. I am fully used to, aware and prepared to wait the 6 weeks or so, but when I ask for some confidence in my purchase, it would be nice to hear back from someone within 48 hrs or so, it took me asking for a refund to get a response, it didn't have to come to this. I get that it's a small business, consumer service is what keeps the positive vibes. Just thought I would voice my concerns for others to consider.

Damn, people jumping ship already?

I just waited 13 weeks for a bed rack, and 6 months for a tent. Times are weird right now, supply chains are clogged, tariffs make sourcing materials difficult, and most of these guys have other jobs to do. Have some patience.

 

Hey Speaks, I apologize for not being as available as requested. I work full-time in a busy ER, at most times, 9 days straight before a day off. BARE Outfitters has been a slow growing attempt to change life for me and my family. We've had a few changes along the way. I'll post updates as I get them here, reference to the AL Offroad logo update.

I am fully committed to TW and it's members, I'm glad you reached out and I'm really hoping you allow me to see this through.

I have a handwritten list, a spreadsheets document, the PayPal transactions, TW messages, emails, and even a few text messages to sort. But I am approaching it head on! Thanks guys!
