BARE Outfitters Trailgate Panel

Again, as I mentioned yesterday, it has nothing to do with the length of time to deliver the product. I am not hung up on the time it is taking. I mentioned the time line for reference. I am completely aware and fully understand any delay's to the process, but I do expect (after a month) a short update when I ask directly for it.
It is the lack of communication that had me "jumping ship", over 48 hrs (during the week) is plenty of time to respond if there is another job involved or not. I am of the mindset that when I am producing and selling a product I want to maintain customer confidence so that they tell their friends how great their experience was with me in the hopes that I will no longer have to work multiple jobs.
When I didn't get a response to my PM I tend to think I am being ignored because they are running off with the money, I have been burnt this way in the past so there is the possibility that I am jaded by that experience.

 

Will the ones with the BARE logo be shipped out randomly? I'm really hoping to receive one with the original logo, but if for some reason I don't, a decal would be cool.

 

Thank You Coyote_RN when I didn't hear back I got nervous, were on track now, I will delete the OP and my hope is that we can move forward. BTW I am also bummed to hear about the logo change I hope there is a way you're able to get it back because that BEAR logo is awesome.

The Tailgate was a partnered project between myself and AL Offroad. I do pretty good at sales, whereas they are amazing and design and navigating the fab process. I liked the idea of having a product with our logo on it, but the more it grew and the more it became popular, I don't blame them for protecting their work.

This was a good thing! I feel like it will continue to grow very well and it set to cross into other vehicle platforms. For BARE Outfitters, we need to place more effort into a skillset and really participate in the process more to be able to hold the responsibility that they do.

We are happy and will continue to work together.

 

UPDATE:

So atm I have compressed at least 5 lists.

THE LISTS DO NOT DICTATE THE PRODUCTION. Production has already occurred and we’re hoping to share evidence of that soon. ( I do not want to start pushing a hard date and let folks down, but things look great)
I have a spreadsheet of every transaction, with the information you guys provided through paypal.

Here is a list, I feel, DOES NOT release sensitive data. I am now hunting for each person’s username to make the TW list on both threads final.

If I don't get your logo on my trailgate, a sticker would be great. You really gotta get that logo ©️ it is outstanding. I love the t-shirt logo too.

How's it going! This is Addison one of the Owners of AL Offroad, I am seeing a lot of confusion over the branding switch also in the discussion is if we bought out Bare Outfitters. I'm here to clear things up for you guys, We started this project as a test in the market as well as giving Josh (Owner of Bare Outfitters) an opportunity to have a product with his branding. Things were and are still going great with The Trailgate™ it's just we noticed the amount of traction the product had begun to receive which made us want to Patent the cupholder design and Trademark the name. Also, we did not buy out Bare Outfitters. With that being said There is no bad blood between us and Bare Outfitters we are still great Freinds and will continue to work together as long as he would like.

A couple of things that need to be said

The Trailgate™ is still in production and orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible! We ran into a hangup in fabrication that caused lead times to be longer than expected, We have the panels in hand as of yesterday and will be working down the list as fast as we possibly can. Also, we do not have any more Bare Outfitters panels, All orders will be fulfilled with the AL Offroad panels. We are sorry if anyone is unhappy with this we will be more than willing to throw in Bare decals for you guys that want them. Thanks to everyone who has bought a Panel! How many do you have with the Bare logo, are you going to send in order on list?

@Hawks4life ...Not sure if I am understanding this correctly, but from reading the post quoted above, it seems that ALL orders will not have the BARE logo? Thats a bummer if this is the case. But i'll definitely love a decal if possible

It’s a bit of a bummer for some since we ordered based of what we saw... It wasn’t until after we all paid that this is brought up... AL should’ve thought about the logo situation at the beginning of all of this...

 

I want a blank one so it matters not to me. I don't mine rocking stickers but yeah don't like big ol' logos.

 

Can they make them without the logo? Wanted to get one with the bear logo but this new logo doesn’t do anything for me so would rather have nothing on it.

 

You just put the logo in. The part is symmetrical minus the logo on one side.
