Oh yeah should be no problem, there should be enough detail in the shadows to work with. The darkest parts might be a little tricky with a jpeg and not a raw file but I can definitely bump it up a bit

Backlighting is tricky, ideally you want to fill in the shadows with a reflector or fill light/flash of some sort otherwise you either end up with a blown out background or a super dark foreground. Although if you kind of find a middle ground using manual exposure you can do a lot with RAW files in LR/Photoshop to adjust things

Do you know if it's possible to get the raw files from google photos?

What kind of camera did you shoot with? If it was a phone then the files will just be jpegs no matter what, if it was a DSLR camera then it should shoot raw files but you usually have to tell it to shoot in RAW in the menu settings

If it's a Nikon the raw files are .NEF, Canon is .CR2 or .CR3....I dunno what Sony's is or the other brands

Basically if the files are coming out of the camera only as .jpeg then there won't be any raw version

I don't think any phones have a RAW image setting anyway, that would be cool if they did but people would probably fill up the memory super quick

I did find the RAW folder and it has jpegs but they are 2x the size in MB. Can't see a difference on my phone but maybe you can

I'm dumb and I can't figure out how to do it on my phone. It shows 12.8 mb in photos but when I open it in file finder to attach to email it shows 6~

    Casual

Its been getting chilly out here and one of my jackets I'd normally wear has a slightly worn cuff. Doesn't help I've taken it to a shoot course or two while in bad weather.

I'm partial to Arcteryx and have a few, so it's what I want again. Just sucks not being able to gauge how thick/thin it is before buying it.

My current one is a shell; waterproof and windproof.
