Awning stays on because it's only a 4 footer, is tough to take off, and I use it quite a bit before or after mountain biking (in summer at least). RTT comes off if I'm not using it. I'm not #OLAF enough to leave it on all the time, maybe one day....

Went with the Smittybilt Overland Gen 2 XL. When I looked at all of the tents out there (and I spent like 4 months researching) I found that the Smittybilt had the best feature-set for the money. The telescoping ladder, thick mattress pad, integrated fly with skylights, removable LED lighting inside, and the size is key because we will have 2 adults and a dog. The reviews have been great as well.

I have to admit, when I put it on my truck initially, I was worried that it was too big. But after driving around with it and working on some custom brackets on the bed stiffeners, it's growing on me. I would definitely recommend the Smittybilt Overland Gen 2, just maybe don't go with the XL unless you need the king-size space.

Looks like someone has had better days..

I was on my way home, driving through an industrial park. there is a sewer water system trail that is nasty!! I’ve gotten stuck out here once before. I went and picked up the taco to try to offer help but no one in sight I think they have been here awhile..

They had tried to use a 30,000 pound ratchet strap and some winch cable tied to a tree as a come along

Sadly, they all are these days. I always loved that body style, though. Especially the supercab 4x4's
