    Hey All,

My bumper in the back of the truck is super old and I finally wanna change it up. I've seen a good number of rear plate bumpers out there but I'm not seeing too many rear tube bumpers on the market. I'm looking for something in the style of KR Fab's (I know - old name right?) old bolt on bumper. I found something that I think will work but it's from a company that I'm not too sure of which is Calmini in Bakersfield. Anyone have a source for some cool looking rear tube style bumpers?

    Thanks!

    Still thinking about it.
I don’t know of any others but if you aren’t sure of Calmini I’ll give them a vote of confidence. They have been around a long time. They did a lot for Samurais and Sidekicks, and other less popular minis.

So that’s where that picture came from!

I had someone reach out if I could “build something like this” and sent me a pic of the Calmini rear tube bumper.

I guess my quote was a little higher than their price.

For what it’s worth, I’ve always liked the trail gear tube bumper for second gens. Fair price for that as well.

You could easily get a custom fabricated one from a fabricator. Can get it exactly how you want it and it would be similarly priced to one from some company. Did it with my front bumper and it looks a lot better imo than the aftermarket prerunner style bumpers ive seen.

Trail Gear makes a tube bumper in large quantities, available directly from Trail Gear / All-Pro / LowRange or through 4WheelParts: https://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/200...ense-tube-bumper-trail-gear-300411-1-kit.html
    https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/trail...umper-bare-300411-1-kit/_/R-FLCL-300411-1-KIT

One big thing about this bumper is it's usually in stock and ready to ship, while most other vendors are built to order.

Here’s my trail gear bumper. I don’t like that there isn’t a place for a tag and that the sides are at an upwards angle and not parallel with the truck. 348FDBC9-2B8B-443A-9800-052E524E6BC3.jpg

I have a Badland Bumpers (out of Ravensdale, Wa.). The only drawbacks are if you are driving through something like small alder trees, there is the potential for the bumper sides to pull the trees into the bedsides. And up close the sides don’t really cover up the bed corners, so it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasingA6BFCA82-2119-4873-9231-931F6F9BFBDB.jpg8654F469-91D0-40AC-8162-5F8DFACC6C5D.jpg

Damn! Thanks for all the replies and suggestions! Definitely looks like there's some good options out there. I feel like I'm sold on that Warfab bumper - especially with the BF sale coming up. It would usually be more than I'd like to spend but the sale is gonna put it in range for my liking. I cant wait! Thanks, guys! TW pulls through once again!

@WarFab Armor do you offer a rear tube bumper that doesn't require cutting the rear panels?
