So I have my eye on this rig, see attached up fit items.
He is asking $36,000 but I believe I can make a deal for $35,000
Clean Title in Hand, no accidents
    Less than 12,000 miles
    See attached modifications paperwork.

NADA is over $36,000 without the add ons. Seems like a good deal.

Is it an SR5 (4 or 6 cyl?) or off road? Looks like SR5 without the over fenders.

Good price to me, with all of those mods. If you’re looking for a truck that is sacrificing a decent amount of on road comfort, and is more capable off road it’s a good buy I believe.

I personally use my truck for hunting a good bit but do like a smooth on road ride. Got a ‘21 TRDOR DCSB for 36.6.

Wonder if his wife saw the credit card balance.

Good deal on the truck, if that’s how you want it.

If it's in as good of shape as it appears, with all the mods, it seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
It all depends on what you're gonna do with it. Mostly on-road or mostly off-road?
    Does comfort matter?
    Do the add-ons give you a h**d-on?
Can you afford to spend the $35K to find out if it suits ya?

It's your $$ - do what makes you happy.

35k v6 sr5 4dr with all those add ons seem like a good deal to me. Is it 4x4? Before covid I saw a new sr5 4x4 with ko2s and TRD rims at the dealer for 32k. Just to give you an idea. And that one has way more done to it (yours)

If it isn’t a 4x4 whoever spent 11k on those off-road mods needs their man card revoked.

I'd offer less. If he takes it to the dealer they're gonna give him 29-30 for it. offer him 31

I'd agree with this. So, MSRP for a new SR is 33.5k +T&L. This one comes with an AT, Nitro 4:56 gear package, Full ARB Lockers, Dual ARB compressor, Bamf hangers, rear shock relocation, Dobinson's 111 "mid" leaf pack, sliders, King adjustables, SPC UCA's, Full RCI skids, a ComeUp winch, and Baja Design lights. The invoice doesn't seem to include the Demello bumper, the grille, or the wheels (edit).

Besides not being an SR5 model, I'd say go for it. Hopefully, someone doesn't sleuth the owner, and buy it out from under you. ;)

I wish it were an SR5 as too...but you can't special order a used vehicle and this one appears to be done correctly. He does have a pile of money into it however, he, paid to have it done. I don't really consider the labor $$ as much as he likely does, but it's still a good deal.
I Venmo'd a deposit morning before some TW Super Sleuth swoops in and snags it on me :spy:

After market parts don't add value to the truck though. He'll have to sit on it for a while until he "right buyer" comes along. Even though it looks like you might be the right buyer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Value is relative to the buyer.
I'd challenge anyone who is selling that thinks upfit doesn't add value. Of course buyers say it doesn't and that's the age old conundrum.
Its funny to me that we are willing as consumers to accept ridiculous up charges for "technology and equipment" from the manufacturer, yet typically scoff at paying for well done aftermarket modifications.

i don’t think we scoff at it, but agree, a quality modded truck adds value. The only downside is that it also reduces the number of potential buyers, since many don’t want to have all the mods or pay extra for them on a used vehicle.
Looks like a nice truck to me and with 12k on the odometer I’d say it’s a deal if it’s configured to your liking.

Ask yourself why is he selling at that price with all those mods ... if you decide on purchase take it to a shop to have it inspected . He might be hiding something .to many dopes falling for the old it’s so shiny and has stuff.
