I have N95s but they are for when I’m sanding or working with chemicals. I wear the same one that my wife made for me out of an old aloha shirt that doesn’t fit anymore.

That is the only reason l even had any N-95's, went down to the garage and grabbed one to wear in the doctors office. Everywhere else is the same old cloth mask from when all this shit started.

    BAH! Royota..my man

I would look closer and see if it has a place for the rears..pretty sure on the Malibu at the same time it was on the rear wheelwells. I forget the size but I can't imagine it couldn't be done.

I just bought N95s for my wife's job. Can get reimbursed on my FSA too :)

And it’s a shame because it’s had a ton of work done and the A/C works!

I heard there’s an ongoing class action lawsuit for frame replacements on 1983-85 caprice classics. Currently they’re only replacing frames on 1978-82 models. Fingers crossed for ya, Charlie!

Guy I know actually found a clean used Caprice wagon frame for $400! Still not worth it to me though...

I found this unlikely gem after leaving the supermarket on my way home from my friend’s house; I actually saw it in the AutoZone parking lot, circled back, and ended up chatting with the owner for like 15 minutes...

1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE with over 262K miles on the original engine and transmission; No oil leaks or mechanical issues, plus the A/C is still R-12 and blows ice cold!

This van is totally rust-free, and the owner obtained it from a friend for $500; The van has the original stereo system, featuring a cassette player and supposedly factory Infinity speakers...

I cannot verify the brand of the speakers or whether or not they are original (plus, the radio didn’t say “INFINITY” on it), but the owner let me sit in the van while he cranked up some Ozzy Osbourne via a Bluetooth adapter, and I can tell you that it absolutely cranked!

I actually like the disposable N95 masks better than the reusable earloop masks; Unfortunately, this is the only unused one I had left...

As I said earlier, I do have fifty KN95 masks arriving tomorrow though!

This thread is also supposed to be about Aspergers Syndrome, specifically the fact that I have Aspergers Syndrome and how I deal with it, so here’s a story...

Back in the early summer of 1998, right before we moved from Northern California to Virginia Beach, I had to leave a stone carving/pottery summer class because the stone carving required us to wear disposable dust masks; Due to sensory issues I had at the time, I hated wearing the dust mask, three a fit (I was a 9-year old with at the time undiagnosed autism; Cut me some slack!) and got transferred to another art class that didn’t require wearing a mask.

I refused to wear dust masks or do any activity that required them for almost a decade, though for Halloween in 2000 I wore a werewolf mask with my costume (see below)...

Also, in the late 1990s or early 2000 when my dad brought me aboard P3s in the hangar (oh the many perks of not only being a Navy brat, but having a parent with a high enough rank to bring me aboard the aircraft), I expressed interest and curiosity about the aircraft’s emergency oxygen masks; On at least two occasions, my dad strapped a full face government issue oxygen mask on me when I was no older than 10 or 11 years old and I thought it was pretty cool to wear it...

For some reason, only disposable masks and half-face respirators bothered me, and to this day I do not remember exactly why.

By at least 2009, I would don a dust mask if the conditions/situations required it, and now I have no problem strapping on even one of those reusable rubber respirators with the replaceable filters!

This is probably a good thing considering we are now almost a year into a global pandemic that pretty much requires the wearing of masks at all times! However, I have two grievances with wearing the reusable cloth earloop masks...

    1. My glasses almost always fog up...
    2. I don’t feel like they are particularly effective compared to an N95/KN95 mask or a professional-style respirator...
Hence the reason I bought some much more comfortable masks on Amazon Prime!
