Left a 300lb vanity in my bed for a week...truck leans now

As the title says....I bought a new vanity for a house I just purchased in the bed of my truck for I think 8-9 days. It wasn't centered in the bed and since I have a company vehicle I drive 90% the time and I also didn't have to time to install it I just let it sit instead of taking up space in my garage. Well after a bit I noticed my truck seemed to sit awkwardly so I had the lady help me take it out and I was hoping for a rebound on the suspension. I bought the truck with an 2" Icon lift(I believe, I cba to find the papers for it right now). So I'm just curious if that's a thing here or not. 300lbs doesn't seem excessive in the bed for suspension to not rebound after the weight has been lifted.

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?
    Maybe I'm just being paranoid...
As far as I know the truck(2017 DCLB OR) had the suspension installed shortly after the previous owner purchased it new, and I'm not sure it's ever been serviced.

Post pictures. Might help in ruling out if it’s just paranoia

Give the truck a few days for the suspension to settle out. This sort of thing is the reason for the "taco lean" as some call it. It happens with every vehicle. Various things like gas tank positioning, plus the added weight of steering components and you, the driver, cause the suspension to settle a little more on that side. Every vehicle I've owned has done it, you just generally don't notice it on other vehicles that aren't your own. It isn't a huge deal, but once you notice it, it is hard to un-notice.

I knew a girl named Vanity once. She tipped the scale north of 300 lb tho. Pretty sure any vehicle she got in did a bit of leaning.

The lean is in your head. 300 lbs for a few days won’t do anything.

Factory rear suspension is pretty soft. You said it has a lift so my guess is they added a leaf or 2 to the rear springs. Drive it for awhile, it should come around, #300 lbs. isn't that much.

Heck jack it up and put it on stands so all four wheels are suspended. Leave it there for a few days. Lean will
Be gone and you’ll have a 2” lift.

For the sarcasm challenged, I’m being sarcastic.

Dont think theres a time limit on load unless you have playdough or wood for leaf springs...

I added some pictures for reference. The measurement pics aren’t to good. Drive side was 22 1/2” passenger side was 23 3/8” so there is a slight difference.
I’ll have to drive the truck around more, it pretty much sits in the garage constantly.

Naw, she was as wide as she was tall. Standard LxWxH volume calculations gave me a rough idea.
