Ok, so my issue is... I removed a very heavy rear drawer slide out system (approx 200lbs), now the rear ended sits about 1.5” higher in the rear (expected). Doesn’t sound like much, but it is fairly noticeable. It’s a stage 3 Icon set up, but was already on the truck when I bought it, as was the drawer system. The front drivers side is almost to its max preload(due to drivers lean), so adjusting that for more height won’t work. Is there another option to lift the front a bit or do I need a all new leaf pack in the rear to drop it down? I read something about an Icon bump stop spacer that will lift the front .25”, but don’t know if that will be enough. Thoughts?

You can get longer coils for the front. Icons usually comes with 13” 650# springs. I upgraded mine to 14” 700# springs and removed most of the preload.

Thanks! No issues with alignment after? Positive camber (I hate the way that looks) or caster?

Do you still have overload leafs on the rear? Sometimes removing those will knock a little height off the rear.

I think you can adjust the icon leaf packs based on height and weight. Look up which leaves to remove to remove some height from the rear.

I’m not 100% sure. The pack was on the truck when I bought it. How many leafs are in the standard Icon pack?

Honestly I was hoping to lift the front a bit to match the rear, hoping that I don’t run into any geometry issues.

Swapping coils would probably be your best bet then.

How does it ride? Do you have additional weight up front?

OP I Did the same thing as Ghost. Depending on how much weight you’re carrying up front, you can do a 14” x 600, 650 (spring rate that came from icon) or 700 lb spring. It’s a pretty easy swap... then sit back & enjoy.

Do you think the 14”x 650 would handle a hybrid bumper with a winch, or should I bump up to 700lbs.

I can’t speak to the winch... but I have an ARB currently and I feel like I’m a bit over sprung. If I had thrown a winch in I’d say it’d be good. I’m currently going back to OEM bumpers so I’m going to swap my 700s for 600 shortly.

I have a Pelfrey hybrid, winch and skids so probably about the same as you. I went 700# and was able to get rid of my sway bar. There’s a little more roll than stock obviously but it’s manageable for my driving style. YMMV. If you want to keep your sway bar, go with the 650# coils.
