Dang, that SUCKS!

Was it peel and stick? Yes.
Did it come in a roll? How wide is the roll? Yes, a roll...sort of. It is one big sheet folded up in the box . The sheet was 55" wide and 9' long. The original roll they would cut off of was 55" wide, and then they cut off 108" of that for package 1.
How thick is it? 1/4". 1/8"? 1/8" I have a few scraps left over if you want to see it...

Just drop down the picker, you can get the full width. Definitely easier to deal with larger pieces!

Well, you need 9 LF. But, it looks like you can only add 3 at a time. I'd call them and tell them what you want. You know, the old fashioned way .

Apparently I've had these OME bushing BNIB in my garage for over 6 years. They harken back to my first lift which I some reason decided these wouldn't work


And got some new forward leaf mounts, which are uh, overkill


I'm thinking since I have to tear the rear down. Why not just mess with the leafs too. @drr what did you harvest your Chevy leafs from and as far as locating mounts goes, at least for the forward one what what your point of reference?

Kinda thinking I'll pull the shackle mounts off too and weld in some creeper mounts. Always wanted to try em. Wish I could find press in ones for the forward leaf eye too, but that's proving tough, not sure how Alcan does it.

 

No SUA setup? That's what I'd be doing if you're doing all that work anyways

 

Nope, doesn't suit my purposes, just reduces clearance near the tires and causes me to have to buy a whole host of other shit. I'm going for 13-14" of travel, I'm not racing, unless it's the special Olympics. Beefing a SUA pack that long to my weight carrying level would be not easy.

 

That said @Blackdawg, if you want to go SUA, I have a set of chromoly rear shackles that are all yours if you want em.

 

I pulled my leaf packs from a mid-90’s 3/4 ton Chevy pick-up, it’s a 5 leaf plus overload setup. I ditched the overload, of course, and originally had only 4 leaves in. The lift and ride was fine but I ended up putting the 5th leaf back in for the weight capacity increase.

I think I just picked a feature on the frame that is symmetrical on both sides to measure from (fully aware now that no frame is symmetrical). I can get the measurement for you if you’d like.

What size are the new leaf hangers you got? Chevy leaf packs are 2.5” wide vs 2.25” on Toyotas.

Depends on what you mean by larger. Pretty sure I'm as tall or taller than you. And unless Devin really chunked you up recently with the cooking I don't think the side bolsters on my seat would be compressing you at all haha
