OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

My NGK order from STM Tuning shipped on Monday.

Glad you guys are finding places to get some plugs. I tried multiple online vendors, none of them would sell me 25 sets of them.

 

Since everyone is able to get these externally, you should treat them like the injectors and just let guys decide to get them on their own if they want. Especially since they are an optional item. The guys that need them will find them.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say I don't want my order held up over this.

@OVTune, I’ve been meaning to follow up about the 1st gear throttle limit issue and if it’s still a thing or has it been all worked out for all modes 4hi, 2hi?

 

From the vF thread, the throttle limiter tables aren't 100% working to fix it. Don’t know of any other shared updates on this...

I’ve got parts coming in. Also waiting for PTP Black Friday coupon to drop. Ordered VF tuner last night, maybe Matt can throw the hose that connects to waste gate in box.

Also designing an intercooler support to cut out on my plasma table and bend. Similar to this, but one piece ya know.

Actually about to do the direct injectors.

 

No sorry I have been busy preparing everything.
I do have a draggy so once we are caught up we can get some more data.

Early next year we will have a whole setup in our shop dedicated to the twin turbos, to make things quicker/smoother

 

I wouldn't say it was super easy, but not difficult at all.

 

Yeah not hard just a lot of stuff to remove in order to get down to them.

**attempting** with a draggy a few times, don't laugh this one is terrible. I don't think I can get accurate 2WD it just spins straight through traction control.
Also need to get more familiar with this app.

It auto starts and will sync the video with times. Just launch the app and hit the camera button, go when you want. You can do better than that 60ft

 

That’s pretty darn good for just pedal mashing in drive! Can imagine when it hooks up

 

I bet that 60ft. would be closer to 1.8 if you can get it to hook up...pretty impressive being 5200lbs. on stock gears!
