No weight, just a shell. I am planning on just getting the Dakars and no AAL, then if the truck needs it I'll get a spacer until the front is level or sits 1-2" higher than the rear.

Did you get your suspension kit from Toytec? Its OME9804TAC. Only place I've found that sells the kit so far, about $1400

So I got up with wheelers off road, they were very nice and knowledgeable about this kit and the different parts. I had my order together ready to place it and I called 4wp to cancel. They wouldn’t let me cancel. I could return the items when they finally arrived, but they are being drop shipped to me straight from OME. I was able to change my front coils to 883’s (which completely came from wheeler’s suggestion on my truck and what I needed) from 881’s. The 883’s were in stock and are on the way to me. The rest of my kit is scheduled to arrive at the US Port on December 5th from Australia. Wheelers also didn’t have any add a leafs in stock and I would have to wait for them from OME as well. I’ll just wait, since my truck is not broken down, and still drivable. I had to wait for my 4xinnovations rear bumper to be built, and shipped. That ended up being totally worth the two month wait, hopefully this kit will be worth the wait as well.

Quick question: I installed my OME kit last night. Instructions said to grease the shackle bushing prior to installation but I didn't have the grease with me and went ahead and installed it anyway thinking I could grease them later since they have the zirc fittings. Should I be concerned that I didn't grease before install?

    Kit installed included:
    Nitrochargers all around
    883s
    Dakar leaves w/ aal
    Wheelers leaf bushings
    Extended rear brake line
    Exhaust drop kit
Spacer on drivers side for taco lean
    OME greasable shackles

I think you should be fine. Just pump them until grease comes out. Maybe someone else has had a similar experience here..

Pics of said lift. I already know I need larger tires. Those will be up next.

Been hunting and hauling more weight in the back. With the canopy and gear I’d like to have less sag. It came with OME nitrocharger sport. These are the springs. Are they Allpro? Do they sell AAl for these or should I just replace with the Dakar’s with AAL? The first picture is with no load, only canopy. 52459AE2-9995-4CC6-AFF5-B7D77F1715D0.jpg0A5E51B3-72D2-4DFF-88B2-4EC7695AE020.jpg

If you can swing it go with the Dakars. Count the leaves of what you’ve got and compare them to what you may want. I replaced the OEM set with a Wheeler’s set that ended up sagging after nearly 10 years. So they held up well to a fiberglass topper and hauling 2-300# of gear all the time. I bought new leaf bolts and split the old packs and newer packs to make a pack. Removing the overload from the equation and was able to add two additional leaves per side. It definitely carries a load better and still has a fair amount of flex offroad.

So I have the full kit with SPCs up front. I don’t have the AAL installed and I still have some rake. What else can I do to bring up the front a tad bit more to be level? Body lift? Strut spacers?

    4 run, 2 don't
    Never spacers.

You said you have the full kit; you mean with Nitrochargers?

Depends on what springs you went with, that'll determine your lift up front.

How long ago did you install the kit?

Rear leaf pack takes quite a bit to settle.

    Ffffuuuuggggg:(

You always beat me to what I wanna say:annoyed:

@Logans2001 yea definitely no spacers. I'm sure you've already read that unloaded your truck should have some rake .. to accommodate for an empty bead. If you honestly never put anything in the back (I've had trucks like that in the past) and you want it to sit level, pull a leaf from the pack.

I've never had OME (but it's the kit I'm buying) but on previous vehicles I've pulled a leaf to make it sit unloaded. Although when I put any kinda weight in the back it got an awful stinkbug look to it:rofl:

I have a tool box that’s loaded to the top so I thought maybe that’ll level it out but I guess we’ll see in time. It’s definitely something I can live with so I’ll just leave it as it is. I was just curious about any other possible options. Thanks for the replies.
