Not much on the 07 yet. 18 is gone, but was a greata truck. TRD Pro grill, Gator FX3, Homelink mirror, Black out badges & exhaust tip, Remote start. Future TRD exhaust, skid plate.
Had mine replaced Friday. Seems to run same but now the fuel filler neck is loose in the body. I went to the lot and verified it is missing a piece that holds it centered. Sigh. I’ll call them Monday to tell them they aren’t finished.

I just had mine replaced. Highway drivability greatly improved. No more surging at speed and under low rpm higher speed accelerating it's way smoother. Not perfect but way better.

I hear ya man but I'm more worried about all the problems that occur after the dealership tears into my truck. Just take a look at all the problems people are complaining about after they go in for this recall.

I can somewhat understand your apprehension with letting someone get at your truck. I personally wouldn’t want a known faulty part ready to fail ghosting me every mile I drive.

Brought mine to the stealership 10/13 2 days later check engine lights comes on. The still have my truck and wont release it. They say they need to replace a hose which is a special order and its now 11/16 still no part and my truck's still with them.

So are you all getting actual recall notices in the mail? Or are you just calling up the dealer to schedule some time?

I checked my VIN after the recent update they had expanded the recall and it just says there is no solution at this moment.

I received my notice in the mail. Maybe they are just pacing the notifications out so as to not get inundated with service calls.

Well it just gets worse. Day 11 without the Tacoma. 3 new fuel pumps, 3 fuel check valves, 3 lp valves, 3 hp valves, and a new gas tank. If my notes are correct. No joy. The latest set of parts was at the direction of Toyota USA (next level of service). I am baffled because it ran fine prior.

That being said, I have not seen a lot of others having issues with this recall.

What a shit show. I feel for you brother. I guy I used to know was a master tech for Toyota. Used to roam around mostly training and fixing problematic issues that arise. Don’t know if that still exists as it’s been years.

Got a call from the dealership, ready at 10 this morning, picked it up and all.is well. No issues before and no issues after. It did feel smoother but I assume it was from the battery being disconnected. I drove next door and filled it up with a fresh tank of Shell 93. So far it feels good and by the time I got home the gas mileage is up to 20.8 and normally I'm at 19.1 pretty consistent. We shall see!

My experience as well. Got mine this week. I'm not getting a hesitation on acceleration, so maybe it was defective. Time will tell.

New pump in. Definitely a noticeable decrease in lag. At 70k in a 19' so yes to a free new fuel pump.
