    So which product will we receive and how do I say I want Onyx? Bare has almost $200 of my money and if I’m being honest this whole switcheroo is a little concerning. Please bare with me as I was pelfreyed a few years ago...

    Look, it's nothing like that. I will be losing money on these panels at this point. Buy the time I take them back to the shop, pay to re-engrave them and go back I will not make any money. But I remember who and what Pelfrey did to this community. Nobody wants to be in that category. But I am willing to do so because that's what we are about. We got into building roof racks because my son's and I wanted to have extra money to go on trips and go offroading without having to ask the wife for money to do so. It's turned into a business where we have not had time to go on a lot of trips.

    Please forgive me but now I am confused again. I sent Paypal to Bare Outfitters over a month ago and still not received the product nor a shipping date. Now there are two different people/companies answering questions. Two people/companies answering questions does nothing for confidence of those whose money you have. I am not trying to blame anyone but having only one person answer questions in a timely manner will help out everyone concerned and ease many concerns.
    I am still interested in the product.

    1. Can both AL Offroad Products and Bare Outfitters please let us know who is the ONE point of contact is for those that have already paid?
    2. Can that one point of contact fill us in on the status of our orders, logo, date expected and so on?
