    All this fiasco because of pride. If the original terms were upheld, there would be no problem.

    Wonder if "TrailGate" is even available for you to trademark, since it appears Poison Spyder TrailGate™ has already trademarked it since around 2013.

    Thanks for your hard work. These panels look great, and i'm excited to receive them. As for the logo, i'm happy with whatever. It's a logo on the inside of my truck bed only visible when the tailgate is open... it's really quite a non-issue.

    With their logo and parent pending on it also.. I liked the simplicity of the bare logo.

    Anyone get the FailGate yet? I’m assuming you can just flip it over so the face is “bare”? Badum tsk

    I keep getting comments about the log with no constructive input We went with the font from our logo. It had to be changed a little for machining. I know not everyone is going to be happy with whatever we put on it. Legally t have to say Patent Pending and Trailgate tm on it somewhere. There is a tone of people out there with this Trailgate and they love the cupholders.

I didn't get cup holders cause I didn't want them full of dirt, mulch, leaves and what not. It is all good on my end man. I even paid the price for cupholders, to not get them. Lol.
