It's less Tacoma and more mod
Do you have any tips for pulling the gas tank down, I have my bed off but I need more room. Can I just undo the hoses and the drop the straps or is there a better way to avoid harming the strap bolts.

On mine the strap bolts were just pins. I just supported it with a floor jack with a board on it, undid all the connections and let it down

I used a motorcycle jack to support the tank, then undid the pins on the straps at the center of the frame. I know on the extra cab you have to undo the bolts where the tank mounts to the frame rail. Maybe just loosen then so it can tilt back.

Power outage in the city due to some city worker hitting the wrong line or some shit while doing road construction, decide I'll take my lunch break and the street lights are out at the big 4 way intersection up the street. Crept through it just in case some idiot blows through ignoring the power outage, sure enough on my way back 30 min later there's a 2 car collision involving the jaws of life to cut someone out of a crumpled Corolla

When the power goes out it lowers peoples IQ points and common sense by at least 25% glad you played it smart.

I'm pretty sure people are just forgetting how to drive. We had a flashing yellow here the other day and the person in front of me stopped at it.

And then there's the people using their brights _all_ the time. :goingcrazy:

This was one of those outages where there wasn't even a flashing red light like there usually is, I guess it just completely killed any and all power to the lights. But people were still blowing through from all directions even though there was no visible green light. It was a shit show
