Hope everyone is staying safe and limiting exposure with these crazy COVID numbers. I can definitely tell you that you don’t want to end up on an army cot in our parking garage.

Went and found some snow around Soda Springs today. Weather was awesome.

 

Anyone have specific thoughts/opinions about Sparks Marina area? Looked at a place today that checked all the boxes. Rental inventory is pretty slim (at least what I've looking for) so I jumped on it. Have 72 hrs if I change my mind. Any reason to back out? Gated with attached garage if security is a concern.

Busy area, but if it checks the boxes for your wants/needs and you don't mind the traffic in the area its not bad. They've made the general area there a lot nicer over the last few years.

Thanks guys! Definitely noticed the increased traffic, especially leaving at 4:30. Ultimately this should cut my travel by about 50% so that'll outweigh busy left turns for now! Appreciate it!

Figured I would ask here prior to posting it on CL in case anyone is interested. I just finished up putting laminate flooring in my basement. I have six leftover cases which is a little over 90 sq/ft total. I know that's not a lot but maybe someone has a small room they want to do. I paid $175. Looking to get $80 from a TW member. Let me know if you want to see a picture of the flooring otherwise here is the Home Depot link to the product.
