Got back on this today, added some reps on some exercises and increased the weight on some others. Time was longer than my first go at this but I was stricter with my reps and increased reps and some weight so i guess its to be expected to increase the time :notsure:

    3RFT:
2 laps farmer carry, 1 arm at a time (upped the weight 5lb/hand) that last walk around the room and my left grip was opening up
    15 unanchored situps
10 weighted lunge ea leg, held DB at chest (these are fn hard but damn my legs are looking good when I do them)
10 incline DB press (upped the weight 5lb/hand)
15 rear delt fly, holy eff these were tough, again
10 single leg press ea side, machine
7 lat pull down 2/3rds body weight

I failed to mention but I do bodyline work at the end of every session. I'm fatigued and shaking, but i am increasing my durations on this shit:
    plank (on hands not forearms)
    right side plank
    left side plank
    reverse plank
Hollow Hold (this is a bitch when youre fatigued, i have yet to hit a good number on this)
    Arch

anyone know any good hamstring exercises that I can do with DBs?

Left shoulder that I had repaired will click. If its happening while lifting I will put the weights down, try to get that rotator cuff to activate and I’m good.

Romanian DL (basically what Welder said)

You can do lying leg curls with a DB

    walking lunges

First day back to lifting today. Hit a top set on chained SSB box squats at 525x3 pretty easy. Was supposed to work up to RPE8, felt like a 6....

Pretty happy about that considering I hate SSB and suck at them.

Same. Idk what brand these are but they are custom made for this gym. I will say though that a few are way off lmao we weighed them early on and one 45lb plate was 52lb and another was 38lb lololol

Pretty sure I’ve made the decision to not have kids but if I do, this will be my kids room.

power block 50s are on sale at dicks sporting goods for 299.99, they arent shipping them though, but its better than buying a resold set off facebook marketplace.

not sure if its a great deal, but it doesnt seem like a bad one either :notsure:

I think @uhplifted got the powerblocks. I have the bowflex dial weights and I would imagine the powerblocks would be a PITA to use but I could be wrong.
Like I imagine bicep curls or tricep work may be hard with them.

Just curious, was your wife always planning to take off a year, or has the pandemic been a factor in that choice? I think you said she was in education, wondering if the cluster at work was part of that decision.
