Black is too heavy IMI. I only smoke a few times a month but they were out of almost everything else at the time I bought these. The yellow are much more enjoyable

 

Tabasco is great on eggs

I prefer Cholula if we're talking restaurant availability. Otherwise a habenero hot sauce is preferable flavor wise

I like my labs, some more than others. Really only have one now that I care bout. She’s super sweet, and mellow, unlike most labs.
