I purchased the amp and it does not work. He knowingly sold a faulty amp. I want my money back

The issue was just brought to my attention today at 3pm “demanding” a refund after almost a month after shipping date. The amp worked prior to sale, local members such as @TOP TACO @Twizted @little squirt can speak in my character.

I’m using 4ga wire, a Kolossus kit. I ran a 3.5mm/RCA to the amp to check and got nothing from my phone. I also ran a different speaker instead to check. Next step is to pull the enclosure and hook it up on my home stereo to ensure it functions. If it does, that eliminates all possibilities and it must be the amp

Are there any lights on the amp that shows protection mode?

Odd...I'm a car audio newbie myself so won't be of too much help. If you connect a single sub to it is there still no output?

Silly question but have you tried your RCA’s and are you running factory or aftermarket headunit? If factory are you running audio control or equivalent line out or if aftermarket have you tested your RCA’s and outputs? Also local audio shop should be able to test for 10-15 bucks if the amp is pulled and walked-in

I ask because I bought a used 500watt JL on here and was running into similar issues but had the amp tested and found out my line output LCI2 was jacked up but the amp was fine and cost me 10 bucks to have tested.

Have you tested the fuzes? Unsure how this amps wired but even my Brazilian board amp lites up with just the ground and remote wire. Also check your positive fuse near your battery.

I checked the RCAs. I had just installed the fuse when I went to test

Well about the only thing left before chalking it up is to have a shop test it and once benched if it fails send it in for rebuild. I’ve got a spare amp or two I might be parting with if your out of luck which I’d sell super cheap since their collecting dust. But would need to know your size requirements.
