I haven't done shit. I'm gonna try to pack a little in the morning and then the rest Thursday morning. I've still got to wire the lights(I bought a set of magnetic ones) I bought for the trailer. It's just gonna be a quick job until I wire the 7 pin in.

 

Its gonna be cold enough y'all won't need much power for fridge or ice for chests hah

 

Yea we leaving water and some drinks out haha

Our weather remains dry with sunny days through Friday. The high today and tomorrow will be in the 63-66 degree range, then we will be close to 70 Friday afternoon.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: Saturday will be a very nice day as the weekend begins with ample sunshine along with a high in the low to mid 70s. Moisture levels will rise Sunday, but for now will mention only isolated showers during the day. Otherwise Sunday will be partly sunny with a high between 71 and 74 degrees.

THANKSGIVING WEEK: There is considerable model uncertainty, making for a low confidence forecast. A cold front will push into North Alabama late Sunday night and Monday morning with a chance of showers, but rain amounts should be light. Whether the front hangs up and stalls over Alabama, or pushes through the state remains to be seen; newer runs put cool, dry air into the state Monday afternoon through Tuesday, followed by a chance of showers Wednesday as an upper wave approaches. Bottom line is that we will probably see a couple of days next week with a risk of showers, but it is too early to define the timing, and just how much rain we see. FOOTBALL WEATHER: For the high school playoff games Friday night, the sky will be clear with temperatures falling through the 50s. Saturday, Alabama hosts Kentucky (3:00p CT kickoff at Bryant Denny Stadium)… the sky will be sunny with temperatures in the mid 70s at kickoff, falling back into the 60s during the second half.

Auburn hosts Tennessee Saturday evening (6:00p kickoff at Jordan Hare Stadium)… a great night for football with a clear sky. Temperatures will fall from the mid 60s at kickoff, into the upper 50s by the final whistle.

TROPICS: Iota is dissipating this morning over Central America. Otherwise, NHC is watching two areas for potential development over the next five days. One over the Southwest Caribbean, one northeast of the Bahamas. For now the chance of development is low (30 percent), and if anything does form in those spots the U.S. won’t be impacted. The Gulf of Mexico will remain quiet for the next seven days (and hopefully until the 2021 hurricane season).

ON THIS DATE IN 1957: Alabama was bracing for another round of severe weather in the wake of tornadoes the day before that killed three in Walker County. The first signs of trouble in Alabama came around 2:30 p.m. as what was likely an F2 tornado skipped along a 28 mile path from Forkland to near Sawyerville and Havana Junction in Greene and Hale Counties.

A few minutes later, further north, a tornado traveled along highway 69 for some three miles north of Tuscaloosa. This same storm may have been the one that produced a tornado in the Birmingham area less than an hour later. The tornado first touched down at 3:30 p.m. in Ensley and moved northeast, affecting North Birmingham around ACIPCO, Tarrant City and Huffman. Pratt City, Dolomite and Pleasant Grove also reported damage. One person was killed in Ensley.

The deadliest tornado on that November Monday afternoon was one that touched down in Blount County east of Cleveland, passed east of Snead and ended in Marshall County northwest of Albertville after a 27 mile rampage. The four deaths from this tornado occurred in Blount County where forty homes were destroyed

Cam's started basketball and we are tied up 3 nights a week at his games, practice, etc. We gotta help move some stuff into Jeannie's mom's place this weekend, so GA Traverse is out for us...

 

Dang man Anna gonna be disappointed lol. I understand though. This going to be my last trip for a while. Im closing on my house on the 4th and with the holidays and everything ive got too much going on.

 

I'm so ready to ride again somewhere. Just to get out and enjoy the ride, the scenery, etc.

 

You don’t have to run the heat in there all day.
