That's the sort of thing people say when they're having a baby. Are you having a baby, Bob? Are you planning something bigger for the Taco or stepping up in vehicle size too?

Haha a baby is why we got our GFC. Setting up an annex every day was not enjoyable with an RTT.

@NYCO can you measure from the roof to the bottom of the GFC? Also, do you have KB Voodoo flat bed rail caps?

Good luck with the drifter! Looks good! Glad to see there wasn’t a problem with the gfc, just needed something different.
I have a broken hinge on mine at the moment..

that’s a good deal for the tires and wheels. What’s your opinion on the km3 compared to the stt pro?

you'll love it with the new hinges... new design is 10000% better. you shouldn't have to take it easy opening doors every time.. new hinges solved that.

km3s did great. never used them during the winter tho. had some winter tires laying around so i been using them. put them through lots of off-road miles and they did all they needed to do. only issue was obsorbing a nail at some point. ran it with the nail in it for a while til i finally got around to pulling it out and plugging it.

i've always liked the stt pros, so this is a good opportunity to get back on them. start fresh.

I've recently switched from STT Pro's to the Geolandar G003's. So far i'm liking these better, worth taking a look before you decide

there's a few good options i was looking into... falken wildpeak is looking good and if i wanted to move from the MT i was thinking about the kenda klever R/T. those geolandars look good too, similar to the wildpeaks.

not sure how much you're up in the snow, but i'd be curious to see how they do on snowy roads.. jason has the wildpeaks and curious how they do over the winter.

@m3bassman did not enjoy his G003s in the snow recently I believe. Likes them otherwise though.

Can't expect much from a MT in snow though. At least slick snow conditions.

yea MTs are either good in the winter, ok in the winter, terrible in the winter or holy shit those are fucking sketchy... goal is to find one that is good in the winter understanding they will never be great.

Had them in the snow last weekend actually, not wheeling just road... they were better than the STT's were when new, but the STT's were great once i had them siped. another consideration for me is weight - the G003's i think are considerably lighter than the Falkens and STT's

    ymmv
