Mullens apparently studied J.G. closely on how to throw picks.

Directv gave me the NFL package this season for free for being a loyal dog customer. Otherwise, I wouldn't have to suffer so.

Faith is not bad, I'd like to be wrong about this season..but I'm also a realist.

    Dafuq?

Will misfortune lead Jimmy Garoppolo back to the New England Patriots as the long-term predecessor to Tom Brady?

Forget tanking for Trevor Lawrence or somehow ending up with Sam Darnold, the New England Patriots quarterback of the future may just be Jimmy Garoppolo after all as fate seems to be moving him back in the direction of Bill Belichick.
Now, that would involve the San Francisco 49ers moving on from Garoppolo, but say they decide the Eastern Illinois product is just not the answer, the Patriots would be the “logical” fit for Jimmy G.
In writing about Garoppolo’s potential landing spots, ESPN’s Bill Barnwell highlighted how the New England Patriots are not just a logical fit, but an “obvious” one.
“There would be one team that looms as an obvious fit for Garoppolo, of course,” Barnwell wrote. “The Patriots will have more cap space than the 49ers and don’t have a solution under contract for 2021. Cam Newton and Brian Hoyer are both free agents after the season, leaving Jarrett Stidham as the only quarterback under contract. They have publicly suggested that they think Stidham can be their quarterback of the future, but he has thrown four interceptions in 27 career pass attempts.”

Id say as a Niner fan, you can have him back....for the right price.

    Tough call.

The 9er line has gotten him beat up quite a bit. Racked up more injuries during his time w them.

Good luck getting the $$ you think he’s worth.

It's not all the Niner's O lines fault. The guy is brittle. He's got the Tony Romo syndrome. In my humble opine, he's had enough time to 'prove' himself. The Niner D got them to the big game last year. His season ending injury in 2018 was on him, not the O line. He could have run out of bounds, but he cut hard and snapped his ACL. He stands indecisively in the pocket like a wooden Indian, doesn't hear the footsteps of defenders, gets sacked, throws short on third downs, or tosses it up for grabs. He's just not a premier QB. My comment on price was said tongue in cheek. Whether the Belichick gets him back or not, I don't care. I would like to see the Niner's get rid of him though. They need the money. He's way over paid.
