Shin protector?

Feel like I need a soccer shin protector to get in my Tacoma. Lol

 

Sounds like you need a head protecter too

but for everyday use

I have no idea how any of you get into your truck but I’ve never hit my shin getting into mine

 

Are you 3'4"?

 

I might have had my fingers slammed by my hood and doors a few times but never did my shins in getting in.

 

The oem running boards scrape my leg, I hate them, but I've never had them on my own truck lol.

 

My shins have hit many hitch balls in my life

 

I hit my shin on the dash every so often, but I tend to like my seat pretty far forward so I don't have to reach for things. Almost everyone that drives my truck adjusts the seat backwards.

 

Let the height challenged service technician forget to reposition the seat...

 

my 2008 had them and same thing is why i never put them on my 16.

 

You need to try to get into a sports car with a seat about 6 inches off the ground . You learn how to get in and out of vehicles .

 

I personally swan dive into my truck and slide like a penguin into my seat.

 

are you barking your shin on the exhaust pipe?

 

So do you guys enter a vehicle head first or something? Does your hand and/or knee touch the drivers seat at any time during this transaction?

I've seen weirder ways to climb aboard. Not many, though.

 

I just step right into my truck, have no idea how guys are bashing their shins or heads getting in.
