Care to share how much they quoted. I asked out of curiosity to one shop and they said around $1000

I feel that’s pretty reasonable for what’s needed to be installed. Was this the base kit or with the fuel system upgrades?

Power max, but no fueling upgrades.

I’d say that amount probably matched the shop you were taking it to.

In all honesty, from a complete outsiders perspective since I’m not part of the “first 25”. An install quote of $1000 seems really decent after reading through this thread and seeing all that needs to be done.

I agree, but I want to order a new plasma table before the 1st when they jump up in price.

Also want to learn what to look for I guess if things do need a tweak.

Not bad at all. I assume you are using the provided intercooler and intended mounting position, otherwise plumbing fab work costs goes up and up.

Yeah, using the full kit. The only hiccup for the intercooler I possibly foresee is that my hidden winch mount (removed and sold the winch a long time ago) is mounted to where the crash bar was, so I wouldn't be surprised if the intercooler mounts in the same spot or near it, but I don't think that should be too much of an issue

No intercooler relocated and no fuel upgrades, yeah I think you are pretty much in the clear. Did you upload the base tune prior to dropping it off or is the shop taking care of that for you?

That reminds me, @OVTune, I just wanted to clarify, I know you mention that you will provide us a tune based on our mods (tire size, gears etc, however, is that the final tune, or will you be dialling our final tune’s in individually as you were doing for Meso?

Neither, they're going to tell me when it's ready for start up and I'll come by and flash the tune.

It doesn't look like the white piece and fuel sock on the bottom right is reused. There looks to be a possible ground wire on that piece, what ends up happening to this wire? Does it just disconnect on the other end? Cut? Does it hook to the new pump?

That tiny little wire is the ground to the stock pump. That wire is cut and connected to the new fuel pump ground. That basket and bottom wire piece is not re-used.

Since some of you guys have your own intercoolers, own tubing, etc, we will be doing any custom tuning that is needed.

Anyone is welcome to submit logs and we will customize as necessary to ensure it's running optimally.
