thanks...other than this i'm in pretty ok shape. yeah, i need to lose some weight and that would be happening if i could do more than walk right now. i've been watching what i eat and have at least gotten my weight to stabilize for the last month or two.

I tied the tumeric pills, I just couldn't. The Tens unit however has worked great.

Haha I assume the I just couldn’t has to do with the mustard. It wasn’t an easy decision trust me. But when you have softball sized muscle cramps in the middle of your hamstrings that don’t allow you to do anything but writhe in pain for an hour or two...gulping down the mustard didn’t seem so bad...

Not the mustard but the tumeric. I love it in food but couldn't swallow the two different pills I tried.

Gotcha. Yeah that makes sense. They do kind of stick to the back of your throat.

You don’t seem to be the needing to be losing weight kinda gal.

I’m trying to drink more water during the day.
I feel your pain. Sitting in the tub at 2:30 am because of cramps does not lend to a restful
    Recovery for the days crap.
We have a couple of microwave heating bags that get used quite often.
Sometimes I have to work with a cane for a few hours In the am until I get loosened up.
I can literally cramp up on my left leg instantly while walking in the shop and almost take a header.
It happens mostly when they want an old fucker to surpass the young guys and get shit out.
    I’m all done with that.
I’m concentrating on getting through the day without hurting myself.
    Hope you get relief soon

Good morning all. 22F this morning... And the boat is still in the garage so it’ll be a cold start to my commute. Dentist appointment this afternoon. I’m not sure how I feel about it as they have this vacuum thingy they stuff in your mouth to prevent spreading germs. Of course, that’ll make me a filter for the office...
