Hey knife nuts. Thinning my herd a little. This is true hand made knife.

New (BHK) Battle Horse Knives Sisu (Bushcraft Style)
$250 including shipping to the lower 48 US states
-About a year old, this one has ever used, not even to cut paper. Camellia oil kept on blade.

    -Specs from BHK:
    1/8" 01 steel
    8-1/8"oal
    3.5" blade
    7/8" tall
    Scandi grind
    Black bead blasted Micarta scales

-Comes with their nice thick leather sheath with Fire Steel loop and dangler.
-These are getting hard to find. Awesome feel in hand, the thicker handle lends to impeccable control and dexterity. I've used a friends Sisu to make feather sticks and it was amazing.

Well with schools back remote, I was able to swing in and exchange for a functioning pochi. So two days this week NKD. Both days the same model. Glad I wasn't further away. I really dig this little knife and was bummed to have a lemon.

Man, discovering that there’s a thread on TW for just about everything.

    F4918D3D-15C9-4FA9-B499-B07A40229F6C.jpg

Absolutely love my Benchmade Megumi pocket knife, which was a gift from my wife for our 20th. She loves me.

So several years later my knife went missing. Looked everywhere and couldn’t understand how I lost it. Work, home, truck, friend’s truck...nowhere to be found. Was pretty bummed to say the least. Well, some time goes by and one day about this time last year I dropped something down the side of my recliner. While trying to fish it out, I shake the chair and hear something else rattling around. Then it hit me, and I started tearing that chair apart. Sure enough, there’s my knife. I’m bouncing off the wall excited, but my wife is a little less so.

Turns out she had a “special gift” ready for my upcoming birthday...another Megumi. Of course they weren’t available from Benchmade anymore, but she had managed to track one down and, after several failed attempts, had scored a winning eBay bid. My find was the demise of her surprise, but she forgave me. Did I mention she loves me?

Well, I don’t plan on losing this knife again, but if I do...now have two. And will definitely be keeping the one wife.

2020 sucks hard indeed! UPS sucks even harder! lol My Microtech Bounty Hunter UTX-85 was suppose to be delivered today. Yet they delivered it elsewhere and lost the package.

Cool I also have a d4v2 with e21a 4k I believe and have been eyeing the kr1 thrower in cyan with w2 or w2. His website got some serious traffic from reddit recently. I'm curious if the traffic correlates to sales for him

Here’s my trapping, woods running knife. Custom seax with spalded maple scales forged by Lunar Light Forge out of NE Ohio. It was an anniversary present commissioned by my wife to surprise me. Makes short work cutting staves or clearing saplings.02787B02-FC4C-42E0-BF93-A2DCF1516C9C.jpg

Not sure if you are a hunter, but if you are, have you done and field dressing or skinning with the spydie chef?

I’ve never held one of these beauties so my response may be a bit fucked lol but
    Imo
It’s definitely got enough belly to be a good skinner but it’s a little far back for my preference. I’m sure it would work just fine :)

Carrying a little Cabela’s Chinese folder today. I don’t expect the edge to last too long, but it’s nice so far. I got another one for my son, and made a lanyard so he can attach it to his belt and/or bag, since ever time we go camping he loses a knife.
