    Any way to buy one without the flash kit? I'm already a VF/ov owner and don't need to purchase it again.
    Also, rookie question, why are these different than the URD ones?
    Thanks!

    Edit - looks like afe makes the ones urd sells?

    Does setting those two tables to 0 just ensure no cel? Will you show how to use VF to optimize intake and exhaust valve timing when running dump tubes?

    Please let me know if I should take this to the VF thread but I am specifically asking about what @OVTune references above.

    Well f**k it. Just got the tune kit. Wish me luck. Never tuned a vehicle.

    I’ve got the urd u-spec exhaust. Will be pairing with the catted dump tubes with a 93 oct and s&b cia. Any suggestions on what tune to go with. Would prefer no cel lights. Thanks guys. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    @OVTune

    Have there been any power improvements or tune improvements for the dump tubes meaning would we still be using the old tune or has it it been updated to incorporate any new 2.0 features.

    you’ll need VFTuner to get rid of the CEL by settings the faults. It’s very easy to do.

    also.. I have this exact setup and it’s very loud.

    Yea I ordered that as well, sorry very green. So what tune do you run? Hell it’s pretty loud without the tubes when I’m on it. I can’t wait.

    I’ve also be tossing around the idea of buying the 3” mbrp muffler and swapping it with the muffler that comes with the urd u-spec

    Noticeable acceleration/power changes?

    Already running one of the most "powerful" 2.0 betas so wondering if it will really be a noticeable improvement over that to drop another $700

    @OVTune

    so I thought the tunes that came out a few months back that had “dump tube” in the name were tuned specifically for higher flow exhaust.

    but now I’m thinking those tunes were just to get rid of the CEL.

    maybe @OVTune can post here and in the VFTune thread (or the webinar when that happens) what changes can actually be made to take full advantage of these pipes.

    I’m running 2.0 93 thx with a few of my own tweaks.

    I even got a resonator welded in to help out with the sound. I’ve considered going back to stock exhaust with the dump tubes. It reminds me of my high school days.

    I don't remember seeing any newer "dump tube" tunes in any of the latest 2.0 test/final tunes. I've been on the same tune since I installed from the initial order over a year ago.

    Do you have the OG spec-u exhaust (like me?) not the new and improved one with resonator? How much louder did it get?

    yep. OG one.

    it’s not terribly loud outside the truck. But on the inside.. my god it’s annoying.

    Geez, I guess no dump tubes for me. I've got the vibrant resontator welded in after the Y, and yes it's still loud, but not awful like it was pre-resonator.
