This one is a Sy-Klone. And you’re right, retail is $250 or something insane. I paid $100 to my buddy who is parting out his truck.

    Too many to list.
Relocated the CB radio for the second time. This time I just removed the small tray near the steering wheel and bolted some brackets into it to hold the cb in place. Also, new shift knob. I like it but it's cold as hell in the morning. It needs a cover.

Double layer, rubberized undercoating applied in a thin coat, fluid film over it.

    They’re likely a custom retrofit.

I’m swapping out my stage2 for stage four and lightening the flywheel. I’m running the URD hydraulic throwout conversion, heavy flywheel and stage 2 clutch. Doesn’t quite hold in 4wd. 2.6 pulley and 275/70/17 compounded with the heavy flywheel wasn’t the best setup. It chirps in third in 2wd and slips in 4wd. Pretty glad I went in. Alignment pin migrated loose and rattled my throwout to death. Eh

    Broke my tailgate latch :annoyed:
Hopefully there are some pull-a-parts nearby so I can get it for cheap, not something I wanna drop 70+ for

These are actually my oem headlights with an FXR retrofit and amber signal lenses. I did these myself, but I’m sure any of the vendors who do retrofits can make this happen. The downside is paying someone to do it gets quite expensive.

I was going to make a joke about drilling a hole to stop the spread of the fracture... but apparently, that is a real thing.

I removed the stock PreRunner struts and their 3" spacers, installed TRD Bilstein 3rd gen struts, moved brake lines, and installed 4" lift knuckles. The knuckles stick the tire out a lot more than stock so the front tires are rubbing fenders, wheelwells, and mid cab mounts at the slightest turn so tomorrow morning I'll remove the front wheel spacers (I'm very happy about that). When my friend's offroad shop opens at 8 AM it's getting a front end alignment. After the alignment I can better determine what else needs to be done. The camber is way off and the tires are sitting on their outside edges so I think after the alignment the front will be a little lower than it is now.
    20201119_164659.jpg
As it sits right now, the tire swap and suspension changes raised the rear of the truck 3 3/4" and raised the front of the truck 4 1/4".

The ball on my 10" drop hitch is 5" too high (LOL!), it was about 1 1/2" too high before all of these changes I did yesterday and today, so right now the hitch is pretty much useless.

Parking in the garage is no longer possible, before it would clear the garage door by about a 1/2".
