Have you been pulled over for that before? I haven't had an issue with these, but I only run them through town and on rural roads and turn them off on the freeway. If they pull you over for Christmas spirit, well... ACAB (at least that one).

Edit: I know what I'm doing after work today

My inverter has a switch on the dash so I usually turn them off when I’m on the interstate or see a cop

Yeah no lol. Who were paying the police? The families of the accused? Police were all originally formed privately to protect the wealthy and their goods. The French were the first ones to create the modern form of police, used to serve the king. In London, they only had night watchmen until a private police force was created to prevent theft of merchants' goods.

In the US it was formed to prevent and capture runaway slaves in the south while in the north they were used to quell the disturbances caused by the newly immigrated Europeans.

On a side note, the original British police wore blue and did not carry weapons to distance themselves from the military (redcoats) since most of London's denizens were against having paramilitary or government policing in their cities initially.

Here's a good article about the formation of police force in the US.

Same here. Emancipated at 14 lived in my VW bus had a deal with the local chevron station I could wash up if I cleaned the bathrooms each morning. Worked my way thru university. Got super lucky. But it was tough for a while. Never stole anything along the way.

1775 is right above my house. From the top of 1775 you can look North to Mt.Baker and the Twin Sisters and off the West Side you almost can see the oil tankers in Anacortes with the naked eye. You can come in off Hwy 530 near OSO on FS 18 through Segelson Pass. It’s a pretty rad drive.
